The Gilpin County School District has chosen to adopt a philosophy and practice to prioritze stidents and staff when making key decisions regarding safety and security. Safety at school happens when everyone contributes to the safe environment. Our safety plan encourages the anonymous reporting through Safe2Tell or call 877-542-7233. Students and staff are told if they “see something or hear something, say something now!” Tell a parent, a school adult, or report to Safe2Tell. Students and staff are implored to report any and all concerns immediately. Do not wait to report a concern. Report the concern now!
